One of air ozonators manufacturer come to us want to get new fans, which have requirements as below :

  1. Power supply AC 230V
  2. 120mm size
  3. 220CFM+
  4. Speed control PWM DC max 16V
  5. Long life span

He has found many suppliers, but none of them can meet those. Luckily he found Mega Tech, we have studied his case.

Problem One :

it is easy to make AC230V 120mm fan, but need to reach 220CFM+,as we know for AC 230v, 120mm size, max airflow is around 150CFM,to reach 220CFM+, How we do that ?

Speed control PWM. For EC fan with function, it is not as easy as DC Fan( 0~5V Control normally), it is a new product to develop

No problem,we get our professional programmer, and we have done the program and make the PCB charts, with the instruction how to connect wires, as it is not only one wires as DC fan it get two wires, and only connect those two wires, fan can use PWM to control speed.
